Privacy Policy

1. Who sets the purpose

Modern Investment Holdings Limited is the operator of Cocozie and the entity associated with its Google Play publication under CHUYUNBODA. This notice applies to the Cocozie Android app, its account and support operations, moderation and safety work, and the policy pages served from cocozie.app.

If local law uses a term such as controller, Modern Investment Holdings Limited is the organization responsible for the activities described here. A separate service that you reach through Cocozie can have a different notice.

2. Age gate

The service is for adults aged 18 and above. To apply that rule, we may record an age statement, an eligibility response, account history, or limited verification indicators. Those signals can also help us investigate suspected minor access and meet platform requirements.

Anyone below 18 must not register or use Cocozie. When access by a minor is reasonably suspected, features may be limited, proportionate information may be requested, safety material may be preserved, and the account may be closed. No age gate can ensure that every user supplies a truthful age.

3. Records created through use

Sign-in and profile records

The sign-in route and your choices determine what is present. Examples include an account or profile identifier, email or phone number, authentication data, display name, declared age, gender, language, region, profile image, biography, interests, settings, and recovery details.

Things you send and calls you start

We receive the profile material, text, selected photos or videos, voice messages, support conversations, reports, and other material that you elect to submit. When you send something to another user, that person can access it. During a one-to-one audio or video session started by a user, live media is processed to connect the participants. Session identifiers, timing, duration, connection events, quality measurements, and diagnostic signals may accompany that media. A recipient can preserve a communication with tools outside Cocozie.

Technical and safety signals

Our systems and relevant providers may log IP address, application and device identifiers, model, operating system, version, language, time zone, network type, access times, feature events, crash and diagnostic details, reports, blocks, security events, and an approximate location inferred from an IP address.

Ads and Google Play transactions

If ads are enabled and allowed, the Android Advertising ID, limited device details, approximate location, and ad interactions can be used for delivery, frequency controls, security, and measurement of contextual or personalized advertising. Google Play receives payment credentials. We may receive an item identifier, transaction identifier, purchase time, price, currency, entitlement, refund result, and purchase status, but not a full card number or Google account password.

4. Android capabilities

Optional permissions are requested in context. You can deny or revoke them through Android settings, although the related feature may stop working.

Camera or microphone content is not used to select advertising. These sensors are not intentionally activated unless you choose a call, voice-message, or capture feature that requires them.

5. Reasons for processing

• open, authenticate, recover, maintain, and protect accounts;
• make profiles, discovery, text, selected media, voice notes, and one-to-one calls available;
• deliver Google Play purchases and keep account entitlements accurate;
• run diagnostics, language tools, recommendations, analytics, and permitted advertising;
• find spam, fabricated accounts, scams, fraud, harassment, exploitation, unlawful material, and attacks;
• consider reports and appeals and apply the Terms of Use and Child Safety Policy; and
• send service, security, support, transaction, and policy messages or meet a legal duty.

Depending on the activity and the place where you use Cocozie, a required legal basis may be contract performance, consent, a legitimate interest in running and protecting the service, a legal obligation, or an emergency vital interest.

6. Recipients

• the other user involved when you choose to expose a profile, message, media item, or call;
• vendors that provide hosting, sign-in, messaging, real-time connectivity, content delivery, moderation, analytics, support, security, or fraud controls;
• Google Play and payment partners for app distribution, billing, entitlement records, refunds, and transaction risk checks;
• advertising or measurement partners when the relevant feature is enabled and consent or opt-out rules are satisfied;
• authorities or qualified safety bodies when a law, valid process, illegal-content concern, or imminent serious harm calls for disclosure; and
• a successor or transaction party in a financing, merger, acquisition, restructuring, or transfer subject to confidentiality protections.

We do not exchange personal information for money. A privacy law may classify some advertising disclosures as sale, sharing, or targeted advertising; eligible users can use available controls or contact us.

7. Location, lifespan, and protection

Service providers may handle Cocozie information in countries other than the one where you live. When required, we use contractual or other recognized safeguards suited to the information and the transfer risk.

Records remain only while they serve an operational, account, safety, fraud, dispute, legal, or backup purpose. Tax, accounting, transaction, refund, and chargeback records can remain for the period required by law. Safety, report, enforcement, and security material can remain while it is reasonably needed to protect users or meet a legal duty. Information that no longer reasonably identifies a person may be kept in de-identified form.

Access controls, encryption in transit, logging, monitoring, provider review, and incident response are examples of the administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards used here. No internet service can promise perfect security.

The Cocozie Account Deletion page describes the in-app and email routes, ownership checks, timing, scope, and limited retention. A suspension is not an account deletion.

8. Choices and rights

You can edit available profile settings, revoke Android permissions, reset or delete the Advertising ID through device settings, report or block users, and request account deletion.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, object, obtain portability, withdraw consent, opt out of qualifying advertising disclosures, or appeal a denied request. We may verify identity and limit a request where law permits to protect another person or preserve safety evidence.

9. Children and updates

Cocozie is not directed to children and does not permit anyone under 18 to hold or use an account. If we learn of minor access, we may restrict or close the account and delete associated information subject to safety, reporting, evidence-preservation, and other legal duties. We may update this Policy when Cocozie, providers, safety practices, or applicable law changes. The current page shows its effective date, and material changes receive additional notice where required.
